<p class="has-normal-font-size">       LED車燈燈罩內側起霧嚴重影響行車安全，長期下來除了燈罩霧化加速並可能導致內部電子相關零件損壞。然而現今不單單追求車燈照明能力的提升，對於自適性頭燈能夠依據實際環境自動做燈源的調控，兩者需求意味著車燈內部設計不再像過去傳統車燈開啟與關閉，無可避免的造成LED車燈內部功耗上升，因此LED車燈已經來到電子元件散熱設計之必要，LED所產生光輻射熱導致冷凝的現象發生。本研究將利用CFD軟體 Simcenter FloEFD模擬車燈燈罩內側冷凝位置、覆蓋面積及輪廓結果並與實測相互比對，並針對車燈後蓋區域通孔位置及數量對冷凝之影響。本研究實測與模擬環境條件皆溫度26度及相對濕度80%下，觀測1800秒並全程點亮LED燈。Model A模擬結果冷凝位置起於車燈燈罩兩內側底部尖角特徵角落位置，LED燈照射導致燈罩表面有熱點區域產生，其熱溫度分佈以類橢圓形形狀向外擴散，故冷凝產生一內凹之輪廓，水膜膜厚最大為9.26 µm，並比對實測車燈霧氣形成面積及輪廓皆與模擬一致。基於此，模擬三組不同後蓋設計探討通孔位置及數量對於冷凝影響程度，其中Model B和C兩組位於車燈後蓋不同位置有一通孔並貼上透氣膜，Model D則後蓋處有兩通孔且位置分別為Model B和C。兩組不同位置單一通孔設計皆能有效降低冷凝覆蓋面積，但針對水膜厚度相差16 %，得知通孔位置對冷凝有一定影響。第三組含兩通孔設計則未有任何冷凝生成，因此通孔數量較位置來的影響較劇。</p>
